The Clase Azul brand came to life in Guadalajara, Mexico in 1997. The founder, Arturo Lomeli, at the age 23 dreamt of sharing his Mexican hometown and heritage with the world. He did so by creating the world’s most luxurious and iconic Tequila & Mezcal Brands.
The Dalmore Distillery was founded in 1839 by Alexander Matheson. Using water from the nearby River Alness, the location of the distillery results in a smooth, floral flavour for this popular Highland malt.
The Jura distillery was founded in 1810 and rebuilt in the 1960s. Its most popular expression is the award-winning Jura “Origin”, a 10 year old single malt whisky, with a heather honey finish.
Fettercairn is one of the oldest licensed distilleries in Scotland. It was founded in 1824 by Sir Alexander Ramsay, the owner of the estate on which the distillery is located. The distillery was originally named “Nethermill”, named after the converted mill building in which the distillery started operating.
Although the distillery was originally founded in 1966, the Tamnavulin brand was re-launched as a single Speyside malt in 2016, drawing water from the Springs in Easterton.

I graduated with an undergraduate Bachelors in Banking & International Finance from Bayes Business school and continued with my studies abroad for a number of years.
I like to consider myself a connoisseur and very much appreciate a nice drink to wind down from a long day. Since joining Unique Worldwide, I have been instrumental in on-boarding new brands in addition to starting a new branch of the business which focuses on creating POS material for beverage brands.
In my spare time, I love traveling and spending as much time as possible with my family.
Hi! I’m Frimette. After completing a Computer Science and Accounting BSc (Hons) at Manchester University and previous work in Telecommunications, I took a career break to raise my family. I have been working in the Administration / Finance department at Unique Worldwide Ltd for 16 years now but have an association predating this by many years with my late father having worked at the (parent) company for over 50 years. Outside of work I enjoy volunteering, running, baking and looking after my family.
I was born in Anfield, Liverpool and a Liverpool FC supporter. I qualified first as an Electronics and Telecommunications Technician and then in Business Studies specialising in Marketing. With over 20 years’ experience with Unique Worldwide Limited- dealing with Export Logistics & Sales.
With a passion for innovation and a dynamic background in importing African food to the UK market, I’ve been a valuable member of Unique Worldwide Ltd. since 2016. Leading business development initiatives in West Africa with a team of over 20 professionals, I ensure compliance and quality in navigating regulatory landscapes.
In addition to my professional role, I am a dedicated father to my daughter and two sons. Balancing my responsibilities at work with my commitment to my family, I strive to set a positive example for them.
As a qualified bookkeeper, I bring diverse skills to the table, contributing to Unique’s success story with strategic vision and international market expertise. My ability to understand and adapt to the ever-changing business landscape supports the company’s growth and development.
Having joined Unique in the 1990’s, Martin became company director in 2003 following the passing of his late father, the founder of Unique – Abraham Richman.
The company has seen exponential growth since his tenure began, largely due to his sharp eye for detail and dedication to seeing the company’s growth.
From suppliers, to distributors, Martin is respected, loved and renowned for his patience, smile and ability to problem-solve in a calm and pleasant manner.
